With nearly two decades of experience in the Banking and Real Estate industries, Rasha has oversaw and delivered numerous success stories throughout the UAE, working within leading developer organizations in the country. Rasha’s deep knowledge and experience spans across Property Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Contact Center Management, Commercial Sales, Leasing and Property Management.
Rasha has led some of the most respected real estate advisory organizations and international property developers in the region creating sales and marketing strategy for the clients. She has been an intrinsic part of teams behind, planning, design and sales launching huge master plans in Dubai contributing to build landmarks – Emaar, Meraas Dubai Holdings and Nakheel projects, and generated a revenue of over 160 Billion. She has lead many large-scale projects to sale and marketing success and received awards in numerous international property exhibitions and roadshows around the globe, including Beijing, London, Moscow and more.
