Starting her journey as a Board Certified Banker, our Foundress, Rasha Hassan, discovered her true calling in Real Estate and quickly rose through the ranks. With nearly two decades of experience in the Banking and Real Estate industries, Rasha has oversaw and delivered numerous success stories throughout the UAE, working within leading developer organizations in the country. Rasha’s deep knowledge and experience spans across Property Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Contact Center Management, Commercial Sales, Leasing and Property Management.
Rasha has led some of the most respected real estate advisory organizations and international property developers in the region creating sales and marketing strategy for the clients. She has been an intrinsic part of teams behind, planning, design and sales launching huge master plans in Dubai contributing to build landmarks – Emaar, Meraas Dubai Holdings and Nakheel projects, and generated a revenue of over 160 Billion. She has lead many large-scale projects to sale and marketing success and received awards in numerous international property exhibitions and roadshows around the globe, including Beijing, London, Moscow and more. A lifelong real estate sales leader, director, and marketing professional, Shadi has over 23 years of property and real estate industry experience. He has worked with a plethora of iconic brands across the region including Emaar, Meraas, Damac and Marriot Vacation Club International, Middle East, bringing powerful project sales and marketing strategies to life that led these projects to sell at pace.
Previously Head of Sales in Meraas Holding LLC, Shadi recruited, led, and developed an ethical and customer focused sales team. With an equal balance of smart techniques and deep sales experience, Shadi has become a face to follow in his field, as well as a renowned leader in property sales and marketing strategy.
Among the many roles that he has worked in his sales and marketing career are in training, talent acquisition, strategic, planning, client relationships, public relations, sales and marketing both from a brokers and developer’s perspective. He holds the prestigious Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Yarvan University.
As Managing Director at AveNew, Shadi has consistently achieved high targets and developed new profit centers and growth areas. He has delivered topline results and profits consistently as part of the company’s senior leadership team.
